Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to your purchase of services from Investment Success Ltd, 14/2E Docklands Business Centre, 10–16 Tiller Road, Canary Wharf, London, E14 8PX (“Company”, “we”, “us”).

By signing this agreement, you (“Client”, “you”) agree to the terms below.

1. Your Purchase

You agree to buy from us the Package described on this form and in our brochure, which includes all items, coaching, and materials supplied.

2. Pricing & Payment
  • The price for your Package is stated on the front of this form.
  • Payment is due immediately upon signing this agreement.
  • For instalment plans, payments will be automatically charged on the agreed dates (no reminder calls will be given).

You must pay in full before training begins.

3. Delivery of Services
  1. After your first payment:
  • You will receive access to our online coaching videos.
  • Once you complete the videos, contact Raven (email/Instagram/WhatsApp) to join the 12-week weekly coaching calls.
  • After submitting 25 trades, you can book your 1:1 mentoring session (at least 1 hour, in person or via Zoom).
  1. All program details and mentor contact information will be emailed to you within 2 weeks of your first payment.
  • If you do not receive this email within 3 working days, check your junk folder or contact us.
  • We are not responsible if your email provider fails to deliver our emails.

All payment has to been paid in full for the full training to start.

4. Cancellation Policy

You have a 14-day cooling-off period under UK law, except in the cases listed below:

  • No refund if you:
  • Purchase in person at our office, OR
  • Have already received the training videos with passwords, login details, access to materials, attended coaching calls, webinars, seminars, or used any part of the Package.

If you cancel within 14 days (where permitted):

  • You must send us written notice by post or email.
  • We will refund you within 30 days, minus £400 for admin and preparation costs.
  • You must return any physical materials in good condition at your own cost.

If you cancel after 14 days or after using the Package, no refund will be issued.

5. Free Offers

You may be entitled to attend live seminars for 12 months from purchase (subject to availability).

  • You must register at least 2 weeks before each seminar.
  • We may change seminar dates/locations if necessary. No refunds are issued for such changes.

6. Disclaimer & Liability

  • Our training is educational only. We do NOT provide investment, financial, or trading advice.
  • You are solely responsible for any trading or financial decisions you make.
  • We are not liable for any losses, damages, or decisions you make based on our educational material.

7. Confidentiality

  • All materials, videos, systems, and training content are copyrighted by Investment Success Ltd.
  • You agree not to copy, share, or distribute our materials without written consent.
  • Unauthorized sharing will result in legal action.
  • No unauthorized audio/video recording is allowed.
  • You consent to us using any testimonials you provide and to being included in official photos/videos from our events.

8. Conduct

  • You may not promote your own business or recruit attendees during our events.
  • Any promotional materials will be confiscated.
  • You must not solicit or hire any of our staff or coaches for 2 years after attending our seminars.

9. Guarantee

If you:

  • Attend all weekly coaching calls,
  • Complete all homework and videos,
  • Send at least 5 guidance trades weekly, and
  • Place at least 2 trades per week from our coaching calls,

and you do not make at least 10x your investment within 24 months, we will refund your investment fee.

10. Complaints

All complaints must be sent in writing to:

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.

12. Cancellation Form

If you are entitled to cancel under Clause 4, please send the following to the address above:
